I have created this card for my father in law's birthday. Unfortunately he is losing the plot big time at the moment and is starting to forget family and those close to him - 3 sons and daughter. (he thinks they are the hired help - gardeners and drivers!!!). Yes it's sad but what do you do he's well into his 80's now. Anyway less of the doom and gloom on to my card, which was created using the sketch at
Papertake weekly challenge. I really enjoy using sketches at the moment.
I have used the following:
Penny Black Slap stick cling - Fly away, Stampin up - Sentiment & Kelly Panacci - Faux stitching
Cosmo Cricket - Earth Love paper & kraft paper to make label
Promarker to colour
Thank you for visiting my blog.

This is a lovely card Nicky. The colours are so soft but masculine at the same time. I'm sure your father-in-law will love it.
Great card Nicola, I'm sure he'll love it, and the image is just perfect.
